Welcome to PB Studios OU ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using any of our applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
By using our Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our Apps immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Apps. If you are under 18, you confirm that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps.

Certain features of our Apps may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, billing cycles, and renewal policies are detailed in the App Store terms. All payments are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and we do not handle or store payment information.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policy. We do not provide refunds directly.
All content, trademarks, and materials within our Apps are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our written consent.
Certain PB Studios applications, including VYDO AI, provide artificial intelligence features for generating and transforming images and videos.
When you voluntarily use an AI generation feature, content that you provide or select, including photos, videos, text prompts, and generation instructions, may be transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence processing provider in order to perform the generation you requested.
VYDO AI currently uses Replicate to provide AI processing infrastructure. AI models made available through Replicate may include services such as Google Nano Banana 2 for image generation and Kling Video 3.0 for video generation. The models and providers used by the Apps may change as features are added, updated, or improved.
By submitting content to an AI generation feature, you confirm that you have the legal right and any necessary permissions to use and submit that content.
You must not submit content that:
AI-generated content is produced automatically based on the information provided to the service. Results may vary and may not always accurately reflect the user's prompt, source media, or intended result.
Third-party AI providers process submitted information in accordance with their applicable terms, privacy policies, and data-processing practices.
Before personal media is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, VYDO AI presents an in-app disclosure explaining the applicable AI processing and data sharing.
The user must explicitly accept this disclosure before using AI-powered features that require the transmission of personal data to Replicate. If consent is not provided, the applicable AI processing will not take place.

Our Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We are not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or system failure, resulting from the use or inability to use our Apps. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our Apps within the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within our Apps or on our website. Your continued use of our Apps after modifications indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
