Welcome to PB Studios OU ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using any of our applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
By using our Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our Apps immediately.
Additional terms for Pepo: Peptide & GLP-1 Tracker appear in Section 7A. If those terms conflict with the general provisions of these Terms, Section 7A controls for Pepo. Provisions describing features exclusive to our other apps do not mean those features are available in Pepo.
For Pepo, the eligibility provisions in Section 7A apply instead of the general minimum-age requirement below. The remainder of this section applies to our other apps.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Apps. If you are under 18, you confirm that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps.
You agree not to:
Certain features of our Apps may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, billing cycles, and renewal policies are detailed in the App Store terms. All payments are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and we do not handle or store payment information.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policy. We do not provide refunds directly.
All content, trademarks, and materials within our Apps are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our written consent.
7A. PEPO: PEPTIDE & GLP-1 TRACKER
Purpose of Pepo
Pepo provides personal tracking, reminders, summaries, and educational information about medications, peptides, nutrition, activity, and related health topics. Features may vary by app version, device, subscription, and permissions you enable.
Eligibility and parental authorization
Pepo does not impose a separate blanket minimum age or country-of-residence requirement. You must be legally able to accept these Terms or have any authorization from a parent or legal guardian required by applicable law. Use remains subject to applicable law and App Store availability and age settings. Access to Pepo does not mean that any medication, nutritional target, calculation, or exercise goal is suitable for your age or circumstances.
Not medical advice or an emergency service
Pepo does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe treatment, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Using Pepo does not create a clinician–patient relationship with PB Studios. Educational material, calculations, charts, and summaries are general information, not individualized medical recommendations.
Follow the instructions supplied with your medication and those given by your prescriber or pharmacist. Do not start, stop, combine, or change a medication, dose, or schedule based solely on Pepo. Do not delay seeking professional care because of information displayed in the app. Pepo is not monitored by healthcare professionals and is not an emergency service; seek appropriate urgent help when needed.
Medication and peptide information
Medication names, indications, forms, availability, and regulatory status can differ between countries and change over time. An entry in Pepo's catalog is not a recommendation, prescription, verification of product quality, or confirmation that the product is approved or appropriate where you live. Custom entries are information entered by you, not treatment plans approved by PB Studios.
Mentions of investigational, unapproved, or compounded products do not establish their safety, effectiveness, or equivalence to an approved medicine. Verify the exact product and current official instructions with a qualified healthcare professional. Third-party brand names belong to their respective owners; inclusion does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Your records and reminders
You are responsible for checking the medication, amount, unit, route, timing, and other information you enter. Recording a dose does not verify that it was taken or taken correctly. A reminder is based on the schedule you enter and is not an instruction to take an additional dose.
Reminders can be delayed, missed, or affected by device settings, permissions, battery conditions, time-zone changes, operating-system behavior, or technical faults. Do not rely on Pepo as your only means of managing medically important treatment. Check your prescribed schedule independently if a reminder or record appears incorrect.
Calculations, nutrition, and progress
Nutrition values, energy needs, body-mass index, progress estimates, and other calculations may be approximate and depend on the information and methods used. They may not be suitable for every person, including children, pregnant or breastfeeding people, and people with particular medical or nutritional needs. Review appropriate targets with a qualified professional.
Charts can show timing and associations in your records; they do not prove that a medication caused a change. Pepo does not guarantee weight loss, symptom improvement, a target date, or any other health outcome. Examples and illustrative experiences are not promises of individual results.
Apple Health and connected features
Apple Health integration operates only for supported functions and permissions you authorize. Information may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or inconsistent across sources. Review important records and do not treat imported information as independently verified by PB Studios. Apple's services remain subject to Apple's terms.
Local storage and loss of records
Pepo health and tracking records are stored on your device, not on PB Studios servers. PB Studios cannot recover a server copy of those records. Device loss, damage, app deletion, or changes to device data can result in loss of your records. Any backup or restoration depends on the relevant device settings and app configuration. These provisions do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Pepo Premium
Some features require a Pepo Premium subscription. The purchase screen and Apple's confirmation identify the features, price, billing period, and any introductory offer or free-trial conditions before purchase. Available plans and offers can vary.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the terms shown by Apple. If a free trial is offered, it converts to the paid subscription described at purchase unless canceled in time. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Pepo or ceasing to use it does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple, subject to its procedures and your applicable statutory rights. No provision of these Terms removes a refund or other consumer remedy required by law.
Privacy and support
Pepo's privacy practices are explained in Section 2A of our Privacy Policy. For support, contact support@thepbstudios.co. Support is for app-related questions and does not provide medical care.
Certain PB Studios applications, including VYDO AI, provide artificial intelligence features for generating and transforming images and videos.
When you voluntarily use an AI generation feature, content that you provide or select, including photos, videos, text prompts, and generation instructions, may be transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence processing provider in order to perform the generation you requested.
VYDO AI currently uses Replicate to provide AI processing infrastructure. AI models made available through Replicate may include services such as Google Nano Banana 2 for image generation and Kling Video 3.0 for video generation. The models and providers used by the Apps may change as features are added, updated, or improved.
By submitting content to an AI generation feature, you confirm that you have the legal right and any necessary permissions to use and submit that content.
You must not submit content that:
AI-generated content is produced automatically based on the information provided to the service. Results may vary and may not always accurately reflect the user's prompt, source media, or intended result.
Third-party AI providers process submitted information in accordance with their applicable terms, privacy policies, and data-processing practices.
Before personal media is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, VYDO AI presents an in-app disclosure explaining the applicable AI processing and data sharing.
The user must explicitly accept this disclosure before using AI-powered features that require the transmission of personal data to Replicate. If consent is not provided, the applicable AI processing will not take place.
Additional information regarding the information transmitted for AI processing, third-party sharing, facial information, data retention, deletion, and user privacy rights is available in our Privacy Policy.
Our Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We are not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or system failure, resulting from the use or inability to use our Apps. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our Apps within the past 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Any disclaimer or liability cap applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within our Apps or on our website. Your continued use of our Apps after modifications indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the laws that apply in their country of habitual residence, or restrict any right to bring a claim before a court available under applicable law.
